Yes, you are eligible for a full refund - details are below on how to request one.
We encourage you to get in touch with the team on +44 20 3322 7375 before you request a refund, as we’d love to see you at the 2021 event and can discuss other options with you.
You can directly request a refund through your Eventbrite account, visiting the ‘Tickets’ section of your account and selecting ‘Request a Refund’, then follow the instructions on the platform.
Alternatively, you can reply to the order confirmation email you received from us when you purchased your ticket, which will come to our team at Linnworks. They will then follow-up and process the refund for you.
We aim to process refund requests within five working days. The refund will automatically go to the account used to purchase the ticket.
Our Partnership team will be contacting you in the coming days to discuss options and next steps with you. We are looking for ways we can work with our partners at this time on different opportunities outside of Linn Academy that can support the eCommerce selling community.
